Body Tempering was developed by Donnie Thompson, in August 2014. It has become method to prevent injuries associated with powerlifting and other strength sports. Donnie saw too many pec tears and hernia surgeries in the sport of powerlifting, and has been using this gem to build strength. Body Tempering has been used in the arenas of collegiate and professional sports to reduce players' injuries and better prepare them for training. Donnie now travels and teaches seminars on how to use this powerful and effective modality.
