Do you find yourself stressed out most of the time? Are you chronically tired, and find it difficult to relax? This workshop is what you “knead”. You will learn about about the body reacts to stress, how to recover, and how to build resilience to stress. In addition, you will not only learn self care techniques, but will be lead through them, and experience them in your body.
