Unwind Wednesdays Roll Model® Therapy Ball Class at PTY

All of us experience stress, we hold it in our tissues, and it morphs into body blind spots. The goal of this class is to find and remove those blind spots that rear their ugly heads in all kinds of ways. I will lead you through sequences that bring life into, massage, and nourish your tissues. In turn, you will reduce pain, have better posture, move better, breathe better and reduce your stress. You will also learn how your body works and how truly unique and great it is.

Atlas of the Body: Breathing, Abdomen, and Head

The fourth session of four in which the body is split into sections, each being addressed with therapy ball techniques. You will learn how to find your tight and achy spots, and techniques/movements on how to reduce/eliminate them. Breathing is one thing we do and do often (~20,000 times a day). The abdomen is a key to better breathing, immunity, and recovery. The head is also a gateway relaxation and recovery. This class will lead students through techniques that ferret out blind spots in the abdomen and head areas. The third session of four in which the body is split into sections, each being addressed with therapy ball techniques. In modern society, most of us do quite a bit sitting during the day, and this leads to hip and butt, and lower back issues. Our arms are constantly engaged with technology and are desperately in need of care. This class will lead students through techniques that ferret out blind spots in the hips and arms.
