Yoga Tune Up® is an active fitness therapy program designed to create flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and build strength from the inside out and is like no yoga you’ve ever seen. Leveraging traditional yoga poses as a diagnostic tool, I'll coach you, either in 1x1 or small group sessions, on the use of therapy balls, anatomy, and biomechanics to help your better understand your body and better care for yourself in your everyday life.  

People live their lives in bad positions all day long, at work, sitting in their cars, and other places where they hurt their backs, knees, and necks.  This trend is being passed down to the next generation with ailments like “texting neck.” Yoga Tune Up® offers exercises and techniques to teach you how to take care of yourself and reverse some of the effects the modern world has on our bodies.
