The third session of four in which the body is split into sections, each being addressed with therapy ball techniques. You will learn how to find your tight and achy spots, and techniques/movements on how to reduce/eliminate them. In modern society, most of us do quite a bit sitting during the day, and this leads to hip and butt, and lower back issues. Our arms are constantly engaged with technology and are desperately in need of care. This class will lead students through techniques that ferret out blind spots in the hips and arms.
