The fourth session of four in which the body is split into sections, each being addressed with therapy ball techniques. You will learn how to find your tight and achy spots, and techniques/movements on how to reduce/eliminate them. Breathing is one thing we do and do often (~20,000 times a day). The abdomen is a key to better breathing, immunity, and recovery. The head is also a gateway relaxation and recovery.
