Stress can lead to all kinds of ailments, including sickness, head aches, and carrying extra body fat(those pounds we can never seem to get rid of). The sad fact is we are now are more stressed out than ever, even with all the modern "conveniences". Waking up to an alarm clock, we stagger to the shower, white knuckle the wheel on the way to work, and it just keeps building for the rest of day. We crash in our beds exhausted, sleep 4-6 hours, and do it all over again, after working out of course.
This is not good for us or any others around us. We need a way to reduce that stress and build up a resistance to it. This seminar will teach you techniques for doing just that.
